Why we talk about cut-offs, not just loans

Plenty of finance websites promise speed. Very few explain what speed depends on. Same-day business funding is possible, but only when a short list of things line up before set hours of the day: an early enquiry, a realistic amount, documents in one go, every signer available, verified payee details, and a business day in your state and in NSW.

So that's what this site is about. We publish our cut-off targets for every state, the checklist of what has to be true, and an honest list of what can't happen same day. If today isn't realistic for you, we'd rather say so at 9am than at 3pm.

What we can help with

• Unsecured, cash-flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses, typically $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements.
• Property-secured business loans from $20,000 to $5,000,000 (first mortgages, second mortgages and caveat loans over residential or commercial property).
• Same-day funding possible for smaller unsecured amounts, and $20k to $250k possible same day with property security. Up to $5m possible within 24–48 hours.

We don't publish interest rates. Every loan is priced on the business's own circumstances, and a headline number rarely matches a real file. We'll always tell you the total cost in dollars before you sign.

How we work

You enquire in about 60 seconds. A lending specialist reads it, calls you, and asks the questions that decide the timeline: what's due, by when, in which state, whether property is involved and who needs to sign.
